Families and guests of graduating students can stay on campus during spring commencement.

Virginia Tech is offering on-campus lodging and dining packages for families and guests of graduating students during spring commencement May 14-17.

Advance reservations are required and can be made online.

A lottery for limited air-conditioned and suite-style rooms will be held, with entries accepted through March 24. Lottery participants will be notified of the results by March 27.

Reservations for rooms without air conditioning will be taken through May 4.

Staying on campus during graduation minimizes parking issues and provides families with convenient and accommodations. Rooms are available for two or three nights, and packages include a limited number of all-you-care-to-eat meals at Virginia Tech’s D2 dining center.

More information on housing and dining pricing and included amenities can be found at the commencement lodging website.

For more information, visit the Conference and Guest Services website or contact Conference and Guest Services via email or by calling 540-231-5721.
