Beginning in early June, all departments sending UPS and FedEx packages and envelopes will need to process those parcels at the department level by setting up an online UPS and/or FedEx account. Through their online account, departments will process the package with a printed label and have direct billing to the department.
To set up a UPS account contact Paul Gensurowsky at 540-798-9524.
To setup a FedEx account contact Rod Wood at 540-759-0630.
When the package is ready to be mailed and the label has been applied, the department can schedule a pickup with FedEx or UPS, or place it with their department mail to be picked up by Mail Services.
