An ad hoc committee of the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors will hold a public meeting at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, at the Virginia Tech Richmond Office (11 South 12th Street, Richmond, Va.).

This ad hoc committee has been charged to look at the potential of term limits for Board of Visitor officers.

Founded in 1872 as a land-grant college, Virginia Tech has grown to become the largest university in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
