The Perspective Gallery, located on the second floor of Squires Student Center on the Virginia Tech campus, is hosting its holiday show through Tuesday, Dec. 15.

Perspective Gallery’s holiday show will present art for sale from local artists. The exhibit is free and the public is invited to attend to find great holiday gifts.

The holiday show includes of both two- and three-dimensional forms of art including drawings, sculptures, ceramics, jewelry, printmaking, and photography. The featured works are reasonably priced to encourage sales but still maintain the gallery’s reputation for quality art.

The 23 featured artists from the New River Valley are a combination of those who are new and emerging and those who are well known. They include Phillip Allman, Jordi Calvera, Mary Chiaramonte, Jennifer Collins, Vera Dickerson, Martha Dillard, Tori Dimmick, Joey Jones, Sidra Kaluszka, Kendall Kessler, Pam McGraw, Darcy Meeker, Mary Irwin Moore, Baldwin North, Martha Olson, Patricia Placona, Tori Placona, Kendra Portnova, Judy Schwab, Walter Shroyer, Jennifer Spoon, Aili Wang, and Ali Wieboldt.

With eight to 10 shows a year, the Perspective Gallery presents art exhibitions by diverse artists working in a variety of media and styles. Visitors can view work of local and regional artists, nationally recognized artists, and artists from around the world.
