On select Saturday mornings during the season, the Blacksburg Farmers Market hosts a different chef at its mobile kitchen.
Jason Smith, Preston's executive chef, recently stepped away from the Inn at Virginia Tech to create a salad with ingredients including beet, turnip, kohlrabi, spinach, peach, raspberry, lemon, and more.
