The Virginia Tech Board of Visitors Task Force on Board Structure and Governance will meet on Thursday, Jan. 25, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Brush Mountain Room at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center, located at 110 Shenandoah Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia.

The task force will meet in open session to discuss and evaluate the new board committee and meeting structure implemented last September.

One board member will participate by telephone from 7835 Ivanhoe Avenue, La Jolla, California 92037.
