Feedback sought on provost candidates before 5 p.m. on Dec. 6

Dec. 4 update
Members of the Virginia Tech community are encouraged to submit their feedback on the candidates for Executive Vice President and Provost before 5 p.m. on Dec. 6.
In the search of Virginia Tech's next Executive Vice President and Provost, the remaining three of four candidates will interview on the Blacksburg campus through Dec. 5.
As part of the interview and selection process, Virginia Tech President Tim Sands invites all members of the Virginia Tech community to meet candidates selected for campus interviews.
The following is the schedule for the final three candidates’ open forum:
- Tuesday, Nov. 27, Mitzi Montoya, 3:00-4:30 p.m., Steger Hall Auditorium (submit feedback)
- Thursday, Nov. 29, Samuel Mukasa, 3:00-4:30 p.m., Holtzman Assembly Hall (submit feedback)
- Tuesday, Dec. 4, Alan Dorsey, 3:00-4:30 p.m., Holtzman Assembly Hall (submit feedback)
A biographical sketch and complete curriculum vitae of each candidate as well as instructions for Virginia Tech students, faculty, and staff at remote locations who would like to attend the forum via Zoom can be found on the individual candidate pages.
The search committee encourages all who attend or observe these meetings to submit feedback via the online surveys. Feedback links are next to each candidate's name.
