On September 10, undergraduate students in search of a challenging, innovative, and rewarding opportunity with industry leader Lockheed Martin will be able to engage with company recruiters and representatives at the Virginia Tech Virtual Lockheed Martin Day.

The virtual event, running from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm EST, will provide students with interactive outlets to explore Lockheed Martin’s culture, products, services, and specific career opportunities.

Lockheed Martin aims to solve the world’s toughest technology challenges. More than 100 nations rely on the company's employees, products, and technologies to help them protect and connect their citizens and advance scientific discovery. During the virtual event, students are encouraged to learn about Lockheed Martin and engage with recruiters and company experts who are developing cutting-edge technologies.

Students will be able to do so in interactive online sessions, including a live webinar with executive leaders; panel discussions with company representatives and with time for Q&A with students; and a virtual career fair enabling live text-based chats with Lockheed Martin recruiters and representatives.

Lockheed Martin is seeking students pursuing a variety of engineering and business majors and disciplines, including computer science and data analytics; aerospace, mechanical, and electrical engineering;  and finance, supply chain, and business operations.

Virtual Lockheed Martin Day will be followed by the company’s virtual interview event for Virginia Tech students on September 16. Interview timing is based on student and hiring manager availability.
