BLACKSBURG, Va (WFXR) — During these trying, stay-at-home days of the coronavirus pandemic, if you’re a parent who can’t bring your kids to the New River Valley Children’s Museum for educational fun, no worries. It can come to you.

Virginia Tech Associate Professor of Chemistry, Amanda Morris, says several of her students are working with the NRV Children’s Museum to create fun and easy science experiment videos for children.

Morris says the videos are geared towards children from kindergarten to 5th grade, and the videos are very playful and often riff off popular children’s books such as “The Very Hungry Caterpillar.”
