Six members of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets’ color guard will join the Marching Virginians during pregame ceremonies at the Camping World Bowl game Dec. 28 in Orlando, Florida.

The cadets are:

  • Aaron Konicki, a junior in Army ROTC from Yorktown, Virginia, majoring in business information technology
  • Kimberly Hoffman, a junior in Army ROTC from Stafford, Virginia, majoring in business information technology
  • Thaddeus Moskal, a junior in Air Force ROTC from Smithfield, Virginia, majoring in psychology
  • Xavier Perez, a junior in Army ROTC from Boonville, North Carolina, majoring in international studies
  • Logan Amey, a sophomore in the corps’ Citizen-Leader Track from Burlington, New Jersey, majoring in general engineering
  • Erik Yamada, a sophomore in Air Force ROTC from Fairfax, Virginia, majoring in mechanical engineering

Kickoff is scheduled for 5:15 p.m., and the game will be broadcast on ESPN.
