Virtual Press Pause resiliency workshop for employees

Often when we’re stressed and feeling strong emotions in the workplace, we don’t think or react as rationally as we would like. Many of us experience patterns of thinking, or mind traps, that can be ineffective and even irrational at times. We can shift these reactions by learning more about how our thoughts, feelings, and actions all connect.

Hokie Wellness will hold a virtual resiliency workshop on June 9, from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Participants will learn how to press pause in the heat of the moment, consider how to react to life stressors in a productive way, and recognize common mind traps.
