Supporting the Immune System 101

As fall and winter approach, many folks are curious about what they can do to support their immune systems. This season, in particular, is an important time to put habits into place that equip the immune system to function at its very best.
Hokie Wellness will hold a virtual Immune Support 101 program on Wednesday, Sept. 30, from noon – 1 p.m. Attendees will learn how basic practices such as healthy nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress management can support the immune system.
