University Committee on International Affairs invites nominations for awards

The University Committee on International Affairs invites nominations for three university-wide awards funded by the Alumni Association. Winners of Alumni Awards for International Excellence receive $2,000 and a plaque.

There are three categories: International Education, International Outreach, and International Research. The deadline for submission of nomination packages for these awards is 5 p.m. EST Tuesday, Feb. 19. Information outlining the application process and a list of previous winners can be found at The Alumni Awards are conferred during the Faculty Awards dinner in August 2019.

Achievements in international education, outreach, and research are distinct from each other. On occasion, candidates have been nominated for more than one of these awards in a given year. In such cases, separate nomination packages should be submitted responding to the unique requirements of each award.
