To provide additional options for students and employees needing assistance with their digital devices and computers, 4Help and Network Infrastructure & Services are providing additional walk-in IT support hours two days per week in the Student Services Building (Room 120). The new  location will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays beginning January 21, 2020.

4Help also provides walk-in IT support on Torgersen Bridge, Mon-Fri from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

4Help is dedicated to providing fast, courteous, and comprehensive IT support to Virginia Tech faculty, staff, and students. The help desks are also open to alumni and retired employees needing help with problems related to IT services provided by Virginia Tech.
