DocuSign eSignature software now available for employees and departments
From: Division of Information Technology
DocuSign eSignature is now available through IT Procurement and Licensing Solutions (ITPALS).
DocuSign is a cloud-based platform that allows users to send, track, and sign agreements electronically on a wide variety of devices. DocuSign offers real-time tracking as well as templates to streamline the sending process for frequently used document types. While ITPALS has also offered AdobeSign in the past, DocuSign is becoming the preferred electronic signature solution for Virginia Tech.
Licensing for DocuSign is available on a departmental or individual level. If you are interested in procuring a DocuSign license, please contact ITPALS via the following link: https://software.vt.edu/docusignlicenserequest. Select "request this service," then complete the form, providing your department name, level of access desired (individual or departmental), and a brief description of how you anticipate using DocuSign. A representative from ITPALS will review your information request and work with you to choose the right license(s) for your needs.
Virginia Tech is happy to offer DocuSign to support e-signature needs across the university. For more information, please visit the DocuSign information page on the ITPALS website.
