Action required to continue Zoom scheduling in GSuite and Outlook
From: Division of Information Technology
Users of the GSuite Add-On or Outlook Plugin for meeting scheduling in Zoom need to take action to continue using their integrated meeting scheduling features.
Zoom for GSuite Add-On
Effective Sunday, April 25, 2021, users of the GSuite Add-On may be prompted to reauthorize access to contacts. This request is part of an update and is required if users want to continue using the add-on to schedule meetings in Zoom.
Microsoft Outlook Plugin
Before Saturday, May 1, 2021, Outlook Plugin users should migrate to the Outlook Add-in. The Add-in provides the best user experience and better security. The migration is required for the May 2021 release of Outlook for Mac and users of macOS Catalina and newer operating systems. While the Outlook Plugin for Windows OS is not being retired, Zoom highly recommends moving to the new Add-in.
