Current compliance training modules phased out by Sept. 10
From: Office for Equity and Accessibility
This fall, the PageUp Learning Management System (LMS) will launch, laying the system-based foundation to support Virginia Tech’s culture of continuous learning.
Due to changes in regulations and the transition to the LMS, the Office for Equity and Accessibility will be phasing out the current Compliance: Policy 1025, Title IX, and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Compliance Training modules. Sept. 10 will be the last day that Virginia Tech faculty and staff will be able to complete and receive credit for the current modules.
After Sept. 10, during the transition to the new LMS, OEA will offer Compliance Training via multiple live webinars; registration is open now through training.vt.edu.
The PageUp LMS is designed to provide a more integrated training experience for employees, and OEA looks forward to introducing the new on-demand Compliance Training modules this October.
