Small group training with Recreational Sports

If you are looking for a way to start working out, shake up your workout routine, or find folks to workout with, small group training might be just the thing for you!

Small group training is a four-week exercise program that meets twice a week with a dedicated coach and three to 12 group members. 

Each four-week session costs $70. All sessions are hosted in the Rec Sports Field House.

Three sessions will be offered throughout the spring 2021 semester:

Session 1: Feb. 1-26

  • Registration Period: Jan. 18 - Feb. 7

Session 2: March 8 - April 2

  • Registration Period: Feb. 22 - March 14

Session 3: April 12 - May 6

  • Registration Period: March 29 - April 18
