Virginia Tech hosting Leadership Academy in Richmond

The Virginia Tech Roanoke Center is hosting its premier Leadership Academy in Richmond. This transformative program has been successfully conducted in Roanoke the last five years.
The Virginia Tech Leadership Academy is a training series focused on developing skills necessary for navigating leadership challenges and opportunities. Participants in the Leadership Academy in Richmond will attend class once a month over an eight month period and participate in four, one-on-one professional coaching sessions.
Taught by Virginia Tech facilitators and field experts, the course will cover different facets of leadership to include inclusivity, adaptive strategies, communication, decision making, innovation for creativity and ethics. Participants will also receive an Emotional Intelligence assessment (EQ-I 2.0®), four one-on-one professional coaching sessions and 4.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from Virginia Tech.
Leadership Academy participants will attend class monthly from January to August 2020 at the Virginia Tech Richmond Center, located at 2810 Parham Road, #300, Richmond.
