Drivers needed for a research study

From: Virginia Tech Transportation Institute

The Virginia Tech Transportation Institute is seeking drivers who have valid U.S. driver’s licenses to participate in a research study. Participants must be 30-75 years of age and routinely use smartphones with Bluetooth capability. In addition, every volunteer must either already drive or be in the market for a new vehicle equipped with advanced technology, such as driver assistance features.

Participants will drive one of the institute's research vehicles on Route 460 and I-81 in the Blacksburg area and then on the Smart Road. Participation involves two visits scheduled approximately one week apart. This project provides compensation of $60 for each session, for a possible total of $120 for full participation in both sessions.
