For this year's annual Run in Remembrance, Hokies around the world came together virtually. Through efforts to encourage social distancing, participants ran and walked far more than the 32,000-mile goal to honor the 32 lives lost on April 16, 2007. According to the Stridekick app, which was used to track the virtual run, participants logged more than 80,000 virtual miles.
